Counselling can support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, and personal or career transitions. It provides a safe, confidential space to explore what's going on in your life and find a way forward. 


Counselling involves talking through your thoughts and feelings to gain insight and develop healthier coping strategies. Hypnotherapy uses focused relaxation techniques to work with your subconscious mind, often helping with habits, anxiety, confidence, or stress-related issues. 


 If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to cope with certain aspects of your life, therapy can help. The free 30-minute consultation is a great way to explore your options, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit to work together. 


Each session lasts 60 minutes. The initial consultation is 30 minutes and is completely free. This gives us a chance to understand your needs and how I can best support you. 


Everyone is different. Some clients feel better after just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll review your progress regularly and work at a pace that feels right for you. 


 Yes. Everything discussed in your sessions is kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional ethical guidelines. The only exception is if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case appropriate steps may need to be taken. 


Absolutely. I offer secure online sessions via Zoom, making therapy accessible wherever you are. This can be especially convenient for busy professionals or clients with limited mobility or time. 


 The first session is about getting to know you — we’ll talk through your reasons for coming to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
